Cost
Cost is dependent upon your selected membership (Free, $25 Basic + $100 Full Access), plus a $10 Admin Fee.
It is possible to grow one's customer base using the free tools, but member's understand that they may invest in paid sources at their own discretion. This is the member's choice. Other potential costs include payment processing, which are also the responsibility of each member, such as gateways, cost per transaction, etc. It must be understood and agreed that members are likely to experience other costs above and beyond their membership net investment which are solely the responsibility of each member.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Manage your monthly payments from your Member's Area. Login to your Member's area, and you will find, Manage My Payments near the bottom of your Welcome Page, which is the first page of your Member's Area.
You agree that by purchasing your Admin Fee and your Membership, no charge backs are allowed, and no refunds are given for purchases due to the digital nature of the business. Due to the digital nature all sales are final. However, you can cancel at anytime, but refunds are not offered and should not be assumed. Login to your Member's Area to manage your Admin and Membership payments.
To cancel your Membership, you need to contact the personal who referred you as your membership is direct pay member to member. Again, allow adequate time prior to your membership renewal date (recommended minimum 7 days notice). Your referring members contact information can be found in your Member's Area or on your initial subscriptions receipt. OurIncomePlan (.com and .net) and affiliated partners are not responsible for Membership, and any grievance is between the member and the referring member.
To cancel your Admin Fee you can do so directly from within your Member's Area under Manage My Payments.
If you require further assistance, one can contact OurIncomePlan by emailing ourincomeplan@gmail.com. Please give 72 hours prior to your Admin Fee renewal date to any avoid issues. Once you cancel your Admin Fee, your domain will become inactive.
Inappropriate Behaviours and Activities
The opportunity is not always a good fit for everyone.
If an Associate is partaking in inappropriate or negative public behaviours within social media and other communication such as text and/or email, if an Associate is found to be purposely difficult to communicate, and if an Associate is projecting negativism toward the business, it's owners, and/or other Associates, the activity will be addressed.
If it is deemed unreconcilable, the Associate's membership/business will be closed and all tools and systems, including contacts and lists will be lost and forfeited. Each case will be looked upon separately, and in some cases a refund may be provide upon separation depended upon company discretion.
If an Associate is attempting to circumvent the opportunity and/or is falsely projecting the opportunity to others, then their membership/business will be forfeited as stated above.
Declined Payment
If your credit/debit card is declined when processing your membership payment, your account may be rendered inactive. As a result, access to your customer base and list maybe denied. It is solely the responsible of each member to ensure that payment is available to be made on their monthly renewal/anniversary date.
